“This was the most satisfying result I’ve ever had with an inspector of any type. Benny was the consumate professional: extremely thorough, articulate in his explanation of both inspection and lab results and timely in his delivery of both when promised. Furthermore, my property was very large and in terrible condition. Benny spent a lot of time investigating every moisture source within the 3 level structure - and charged me exactly what was promised (eventhough I’m sure this project required much more attention than normally devoted to such inspections) I simply could not have been more pleased or impressed. “Professional, thorough, discovered and provided valuable information. One drawback was his not going on the roof of the house due to pitch. It seemed that he could have at least climbed up on ladder for closer inspection. Also, he apparently did not check plumbing. There was little space under the house, so that was a limitation for him. Overall, he seemed to do a good job.”
